Task: Hold yourself accountable. Next time you make a biased assumption, take a moment to reflect and understand what spurred it.

Discussion: List all of your intersectionality? How have they affected you as a person?

Reflection: What are some stereotypes you have heard of about your own culture or other cultures? How did they come to be? Do you know its origin?

Reflection: Take a second to understand your work-style or personality. Then think of traits that opposes you. What are some benefits from working with someone with conflicting styles?
