  • Immunizations need to be updated before the first day of school. Please bring immunization records in as soon as possible, before the first day of school (Kindergarten and new elementary students).
  • Turn in completed Health Information Forms today if you have not done so already. This form is required for all students.
  • If your child has a medical condition, please stop by to visit the school nurse.
  • If your child will need medication during the school day, an authorization form needs to be signed by a healthcare provider. Contact school nurse for more information.
