• Project is on budget and on schedule
• Sage Glass is complete including Owner training
• Wall pads mostly complete
• Flooring in progress
• Lighting control wiring complete
• Mirrors in ROTC/Dance room complete
• Grading for turf installation complete
• Turf install planned to begin this week
• Expected Completion – July 2026

• Existing corridor flooring to be replaced this summer
• Flooring demo and asbestos abatement to begin the week of May 25
• New flooring installation to follow
• Completion expected mid-July 2026

COTTONWOOD

• Project is on budget and on schedule
• State fire marshal inspection above ceiling complete
• Casework installation complete
• 1^st coat paint complete
• Flooring in progress
• Soffit removal and replacement to begin in next couple of weeks
• Completion expected end of June 2026
