When you need a break at home or at school, use 1 or 2 tools in this room to get your brain ready to learn.

Trampoline: Jump 10 jumps while counting out loud. Crash into a crash pad, bean bag, or large pillow.
Repeat for 3 sets.
Motor Room
Wheelbarrow walks: lay on your stomach and use both hands to walk your body forward and backward on a large ball. Repeat 5 times.
Bounce: Sit and bounce on large ball for 3 minutes.
Toss: Toss or roll a small ball back and forth with a partner for 3 minutes.
Push or Kick: Using your hands or feet in a controlled manner, push or kick a weighted ball across a room and back for 3 minutes.

Ball Pit:
Under the supervision of an adult, climb into a ball pit. Either move your hands and feet around or collect and count same colored balls for up to 5 minutes. Do not put head entirely in ball pit.

Sit-N-Spin: Spin for 10 spins in one direction and 10 spin in the opposite direction. Repeat 2 or 3 times.
Scooter: Lay or sit on scooter board. Use hands or feet to pull self forward. Consider collecting items (10 bean bags or pieces of a puzzle) to make this a fun and functional activity.

Swing: Sit with your legs hanging slightly off the base and swing in a forward and backward direction for 3-5 minutes.
Spin: Sit in the center of swing with your legs-crossed. Have an adult spin 10 times in one direction and 10 times in the opposite direction. Repeated 2 or 3 sets.

Crawl through a tunnel 10 times.

Balance Beam: Walk across the beam with heel-to-toe walking. Repeat 5 times.
Stepping Stones: Stones should placed no more than 1-ft apart. Step from one stone to the next while keeping your balance.
