The dataset contains 100 applicants' recruitment information.

  1. Candidate_ID – Unique applicant ID
  2. Job_Role – Position applied for

  4. Screening_Result – Pass or Fail
  5. Shortlisted – Candidate shortlisted or not
  6. Interview Scores – Interview performance
  7. Final_Status – Selected or Rejected
  8. Days_to_Hire – Time taken for hiring
