PROBLEM STATEMENT

Urban areas face significant challenges in effectively managing and addressing water-related complaints and issues. Traditional reporting systems are often inefficient, relying on manual processes that result in delays, inaccuracies, and limited transparency. Furthermore, citizens may struggle to accurately describe water problems, leading to challenges in identifying and resolving issues promptly. There is a critical need for a streamlined and technology-driven solution that empowers residents to easily report water complaints, facilitates accurate identification and categorization of issues, enables real-time collaboration between users and authorities, and enhances transparency and accountability in the complaint management process.

What Inspired us?

The inspiration behind addressing these development goals stems from witnessing firsthand the pressing challenges faced by communities in accessing clean water and sanitation services. Observing the inefficiencies and shortcomings of existing systems for managing water-related complaints highlighted the need for a more innovative and effective solution. By leveraging technology to streamline the complaint management process, our goal is to empower individuals and authorities to collaborate more efficiently, improve response times, and ultimately contribute to achieving sustainable development goals related to clean water and sanitation
