  • DLMS can be accessed from the Internet (a connection to the Caterpillar network is not necessary)
    • High Speed access is recommended (384K min)
  • A Caterpillar CWS Login ID and Password are required to access the system
  • DLMS is a web-based application that requires:
    • Having Internet Explorer 5.5 SP2 or higher
    • Having Microsoft Virtual Machine or Java Plug-In
    • Disabling “Pop-up” blockers
    • Accepting ALL SECURITY WARNINGS when starting a web-based training offering for the first time
  • Other plug-ins, speakers, or headphones may be required, depending on the web-based training course you are launching
