I like the table format which separates the most important part of the add drop form from everything else and makes clear the details of each course
The current registration is also helpful to see

I Wish…
The different functions of an add drop form (adding, dropping, changing registration status for different classes) are all separated from each other
This can lead to confusion about what section is for if you’re not careful, which is a safety issue.
You may remove classes that you wanted to add or other such actions, especially if you’re coming back to this form many times and making many changes to many different courses.
There isn’t enough contrast between all of the sections

What If…
You could combine all the sections and allow you to manipulate each class within one table and every action would be relative to your current registration
Make each section more visibly different, such as making the background of each section a different color (so light red for drop and green for add)
