Working with us

Your team

Your project manager

Amanda Benevento

Amanda is your primary point of contact for day-to-day communications. She is responsible for the allocation of resources, scheduling of meetings, and an on-time and on-budget delivery.

Your strategist

Lindsay Hardy

Lindsay’s job is to make sure your site technically meets needs, looks great, and works well for your users. Lindsay will be present at all key points of the project, such as discovery and design sign-off.

Your content lead

Steph Bradley

Steph will direct your content inventory, manage the migration of content from the old site to the new, and help ensure your content is organized well. She will also train you in Phase 4 and assist with content curation.

Your technical lead

Jason McWhorter

Once you’ve approved your design, Jason will bring that design to life. He’ll also work with your content lead to design content templates, and he’ll ensure compliance with ADA and site mobile-friendliness.

Your design lead

Maria Meehan

After discovery in Phase 1, Maria will lead a “field trip” to determine your design preferences, create design concepts to simulate the finished product, and review the implemented design for quality.

How we communicate

We’ll take a closer look at the Western State project.

We use an integrated communications platform called Teamwork.

All major milestones are defined and scheduled at orientation.

All project communication is retained and organized.

Messages also come via email, and can be replied via email.

All files and deliverables are stored for easy access.

Key docs and digests are given their own section for easy reference.

After launch, support is integrated directly into your site.

User can submit a ticket from any page, access help articles.
