Open your Legal Framework School Administrator Account

Click on the Administrator link to log in to your School Administrator account.

Enter your appropriate email and password information then click Login.

Check to make sure you are working under the correct District and Agency Type, then click Continue.

Click below to go directly to the instructions for the type of Assurance Statement you wish to submit.
Review of Resources and Guidance

Click on Assurance Statements.

Click on Review Resources & Guidance.

Take a moment to read this important information then click Continue.

This Index page will list all Review Resources and Guidance Assurance Statements that are required to be submitted.

Check the Status. You will need to submit an Assurance Statement for all items with a Pending status.

Click the Action icon to open a pending Assurance Statement.

Take a moment to read the information in Section #1.

You must check the box in Section #2 to assure that Resources and Guidance have been reviewed.

You must check the box in Section #3 to assure that Resources and Guidance have been shared.

You must check the box in this section to assure the accuracy of the information submitted.

Once all selections are made, click Submit.

Notice a confirmation statement has now appeared.

Print this confirmation and keep it with the evidence referenced in Section #3.

Now click Continue to return to the Assurance Index page.

Notice that the Status for that specific Assurance has now changed to Completed.
Right to Information

Click on Assurance Statements.

This Index page will list all Right to Information Assurance Statements that are required to be submitted.

Check the Status. You will need to submit an Assurance Statement for all items with a Pending status.

You must check the box in Section #2 to assure that the LEA reviewed and included the statement.

You must check the box in Section #3 to assure distribution.

You must check the box in this section to assure the accuracy of the information submitted.

State Performance Plan/SPP

Click on Assurance Statements.

Click on State Performance Plan (SPP).

Take a moment to read this important information then click Continue.

The SPP Indicator Index page will list all SPP Indicators for which the LEA is required to submit an Assurance Statement.

Check the Status. You will need to submit an Assurance Statement for all SPP Indicators with a Pending status.

Click the Action icon to open the Assurance Statement of any Pending SPP Indicator.

Take a moment to read the information in Section #1.

You must check the box in Section #2 to assure that the self assessment has been completed.

You can check only one button in Section #3 to assure the selected action has been completed.

You must check the “understand and agree” statement box.

Once all selections are made, click Submit.

Notice a confirmation statement has now appeared.

Print this confirmation and keep it with the documentation referenced in Section #2.

Now click Continue to return to the SPP Indicator Index page.

Notice that the Status for that specific indicator has now changed to Completed.

Repeat the process to address any other Pending SPP Indicators.

The process is finished when all SPP Indicators listed have a status of Completed.
