Directions for receiving SDR pay

Step #1: Google Form

  1. Complete the Google Form
  2. Download a certificate of completion that was sent to your email.

Step #2: Informed K12

  1. Submit SDR hours for the 2019-2020 School Year
  2. Submit SDR hours for the 2020-2021 School Year
  3. Upload certificate of completion from step #1
