How it works:

  • List of exercises provided (video demos included)
  • You select 3 to compete in
  • Goal is to improve your score in each exercise
  • Submit scores during week 1, week 4-5 (halfway), and week 9-10

Unified Partners

  • Athletes and partners can work in pairs or as teams
  • Pairs and teams do not need to select the same exercises
  • Can help support each other, collect scores, count repetitions, etc.

  • Feb. 8th-19th: Baseline scores due

  • March 8th-19th: Midpoint scores due

  • April 5th-16th: Final scores due

  • Weekly training plans provided

Scoring

  • Can collect scores on your own or in pairs (virtually or in-person)

  • Exciting partnership with UVM Physical Therapy program
      • Students will help collect scores virtually and provide feedback on form/technique
