• 1988 Olympian Gold medal in the 4/100 relay. I had the honor to represent the USA track and field team in World Championships/Goodwill Games etc.
• A mother of two beautiful daughters and four grandchildren

• Retired in 1992 to go back to my high school to share my knowledge and experience with youth. I coached at my high school, Long Beach-Jordan, for 25 yrs.
