How can you Transfer your Hope to Someone else?

وَنَحْنُ كُنَّا نَرْجُو أَنَّهُ هُوَ الْمُزْمِعُ أَنْ يَفْدِيَ إِسْرَائِيلَ. وَلَكِنْ مَعَ هَذَا كُلِّهِ الْيَوْمَ لَهُ ثَلاَثَةُ أَيَّامٍ مُنْذُ حَدَثَ ذَلِكَ (لو 24: 21)

"But we were hoping that it was He who was going to redeem Israel. Indeed, besides all this, today is the third day since these things happened. (Luk 24: 21)

هل الرجاء فكرة ؟ او وهم؟

Is hope an idea? Or a delusion?

If in this life only we have hope in Christ, we are of all men the most pitiable. (1 Cor 15: 19)

" مُسْتَعِدِّينَ دَائِمًا لِمُجَاوَبَةِ كُلِّ مَنْ يَسْأَلُكُمْ عَنْ سَبَبِ الرَّجَاءِ الَّذِي فِيكُمْ، بِوَدَاعَةٍ وَخَوْفٍ،“ (1 بط 3: 15)

Always be ready to give a defense to everyone who asks you a reason for the hope that is in you, with meekness and fear. (1 Peter 3:15)

فَأَلْقُوا رَجَاءَكُمْ بِالتَّمَامِ عَلَى النِّعْمَةِ الَّتِي يُؤْتَى بِهَا إِلَيْكُمْ عِنْدَ اسْتِعْلاَنِ يَسُوعَ الْمَسِيحِ. (1 بط 1: 13)

Rest your hope fully upon the grace that is to be brought to you at the revelation of Jesus Christ(1 Peter 1:13)

"حَسَبَ انْتِظَارِي وَرَجَائِي أَنِّي لاَ أُخْزَى فِي شَيْءٍ، بَلْ بِكُلِّ مُجَاهَرَةٍ كَمَا فِي كُلِّ حِينٍ، كَذلِكَ الآنَ، يَتَعَظَّمُ الْمَسِيحُ فِي جَسَدِي، سَوَاءٌ كَانَ بِحَيَاةٍ أَمْ بِمَوْتٍ." (في 1: 20)

According to my earnest expectation and hope that in nothing I shall be ashamed, but with all boldness, as always, so now also Christ will be magnified in my body, whether by life or by death. (Philippians 1: 20)

Beware the Perversion of Hope

"«لاَ تَظُنُّوا أَنِّي جِئْتُ لأُلْقِيَ سَلاَمًا عَلَى الأَرْضِ. مَا جِئْتُ لأُلْقِيَ سَلاَمًا بَلْ سَيْفًا." (مت 10: 34)

Do not think that I came to bring peace on earth. I did not come to bring peace but a sword . (Mathew 10:34)

"لأَنَّنَا بِالرَّجَاءِ خَلَصْنَا. وَلكِنَّ الرَّجَاءَ الْمَنْظُورَ لَيْسَ رَجَاءً، لأَنَّ مَا يَنْظُرُهُ أَحَدٌ كَيْفَ يَرْجُوهُ أَيْضًا؟"

(رو 8: 24)

For we were saved in this hope, but hope that is seen is not hope; for why does one still hope for what he sees? )Romans 8:24)

Beware the Perversion of Hope

لا تدع شخصاً يثق في شكل مادى او حرفى للاستجابة

Don't let someone trust a materialistic or literal form of response

لا تعد انساناً انه سيجد كل الراحة والسلام والغنى على الأرض بالمسيح

Do not promise someone that he will find all comfort, peace and wealth on earth through Christ

لا تعطى رجاء في حل المشاكل او شفاء الأمراض بشكل قاطع

It does not give hope in solving problems or curing diseases assertively

احذر انحراف الرجاء

Beware the Perversion of Hope

بقدر محبتك بقدر تأثيرك الإيجابى في نقل الرجاء

The more you love the more you positively influence the conveyance of hope

الرجاء مرتبط بالحب

Hope is related to love

المحبة البشرية (الأبوة \ الصداقة) تنقل رجاء في المحبة الإلهية

Human love (parenthood / friendship) conveys a hope in divine love
