- I found that the Tech Services portion was useful because of the resources they shared.

- Willing and supportive staff members
- Human relations, specifically the part about the contracts and leaves
- How to log in to all the site.
- Benefits

- The presentations from different departments. It made me feel welcome and more comfortable talking to people and asking questions. It also helped to get all the information on tech resources.
