• The day felt rushed, but since we are ending early (schedule says 3), I think it's totally okay to slow things down a little.

• I wish I could have had access to the computer/laptop that I will be using for my job
• I really liked the handouts given and that you provided Chromebooks for us to use for the training.

• Would've preferred additional individual site prep time - most orientation stuff could have been handled via email.
• Shorten lunch to 30 min so we can get out sooner or have more time for questions
• Spend more time explaining Illuminate.

What did you find most useful at the Day 1 Orientation?

• I found that the Tech Services portion was useful because of the resources they shared.
• Technology and HR information
• Willing and supportive staff members
• Human relations, specifically the part about the contracts and leaves
• How to log in to all the site.

• Getting signed in.
• Tech services information (walk through of Aeries)
• Tech Support!
• The presentations from different departments. It made me feel welcome and more comfortable talking to people and asking questions. It also helped to get all the information on tech resources.

What did you find most useful at the Day 1 Orientation?

• Aeries introduction
• the google slides being available to us
• Tech resources and going over parts of contract with HR
• I loved learning about the different technology apps I will be able to use inside the classroom.
• As a brand new teacher hired as an intern I found the overview of Aeries the most useful. Although I was not able to access Aeries during the presentation I found the live navigation demonstration very helpful.

• Technology and logging in to the various sites to support teaching and communication
• All the log in information for Aries and eSchool
• Reviewing Aeries, Setting up Gmail, Going over additional staff resources

• The sharing of documents for Tech
• The slideshows provided to us, so that we can reference them later!
• The info session on Tech Services, especially Parent Square.
• Matching names to faces was nice. Overviews of departments was brief and easy to follow.
