ＮＶＣとは？
非暴力コミュニケーション（共感的コミュニケーション）
アメリカの心理学者、マーシャル・ローゼンバーグがまとめた欲求と感情の心理学によるコミュニケーション手法。
ひとは、欲求が満たされたり、満たされたかったりすると感情を表出する。欲求の世界では、ひとは、争ったり、暴力的にならず、平和に調和することができるとする。相手の欲求を推測し共感しながら対話（議論ではない）を続ける。
民主主義は、対話を前提とする
