ADDING ADVISORS IN CANVAS�

Purpose:

High School counselors will require grade updates to determine UIL eligibility and record keeping on high school gradebook.
Allows advisors to quickly review Dual Credit students and schedule intervention advising with high school.
Grade reports are provided by HSP advisors to Counselling staff at high school.

Process:

Please select “Dual Credit Liaison” for the enrollment type of the Advisor.
Advisors have updated Dual Credit Rosters and share only information concerning Dual Credit students to the required parties at the High School.
Ferpa is strictly applied.
