Day of Session

Please arrive early to set up your presentation (~10 minutes)
Bring a fully charged laptop
Adjust volume levels if sharing videos or media with sound
Turn on closed captioning

Once you arrive at the conference, the Program Committee will be available to provide any support that you might need. The Program Committee room will be staffed so please bring any questions you have about your upcoming presentation.

On the day of your session, please arrive about ten minutes early to set up for your presentation.. Please ensure you bring your laptop fully charged and have all videos cued up and ready to show. Make sure to test the sound before the presentation if you are showing any videos throughout the session and adjust volume levels as needed. We ask that all presenters use microphones to ensure that attendees can hear your great content. All presentation rooms have Wi-Fi access and should easily connect to the internet. Please also turn on closed captioning to increase accessibility to your presentation.
