  • A 3-bedroom Candy Brick villa in Istria makes a gross rental income above €50,000 in a year, being fully booked in the summer season, as well as continuously rented out during the off-season months (which makes the difference!)

  • Seaways Villas rental & property management is charged 20% of the rental income.

We take care of marketing, renting, hosting, cleaning your villa, ordinary maintenance.
