Proposal

Dear NHL Board of Directors,

We would like to put forth a proposal for a special event in the NHL. It is similar to what the NFL did this past season. Color Rush. However, the NFL did not receive the ratings they were hoping for due to lack of interesting matchups, poor uniform designs and bad timing. This is where our color rush proposal is different. We will make sure that the matchups are enticing, the uniforms will be top-notch and the timing will be perfect. The color rush will boost the NHL’s viewer ratings up as well as sales for fans purchasing select color rush items. E.g., (Jerseys, shirts, and other merchandise). There will be a total of 5 games; Calgary vs. Edmonton, San Jose vs LA, Anaheim vs San Jose, LA vs Anaheim, and New York Rangers vs New York Islanders. Jerseys, logos, and merchandise will be unveiled during the All Star Game, with one game played each Saturday in primetime TV on NBCSN from early March to early April.

The color rush will be quite successful and we hope that our proposal will be taken into consideration. Please view the rest of the proposal which includes the uniforms, matchups and any other information needed.
