Mission

Our mission is to provide our guests with healthy, high quality, and cheap smoothies. We also hope to provide supplies that are environmentally safe and that will heal the Earth. Most smoothies are full of unhealthy ingredients and so much sugar. We want to be different then anyone else.

Problem

Most smoothies are expensive and overpriced. Also they are made with ingredients that are unhealthy.

Target Market

Our target market is anyone who likes smoothies! Young to old we accept anyone and everyone who comes to our business.

Solution

Our solution is to find the healthiest ingredients that we can. We would also like to have these for the cheapest we can so we can provide cheaper prices for our customers. There is so more technology and inventions now so we are able to also make it so we help the environment with recyclable cups, straws, and lids!

Revenue Model

It costs about $3 to make each smoothie.

We plan to sell our smoothies starting at $3.50 leaving us with a $.50 profit per smoothie in a small size. A medium is sold at $4 with a dollar profit while a large smoothie costs $4.25 so a dollar and 25 cent profit.

Validation Roadmap

After our first year of business we are hoping to gain a customer base and get close to paying back all of our investments and loans.

After about 5 years we are hoping to have paid back our investors and make our first bit of profit.

After 10 years we are hoping to start franchising the business and expanding to places around the country.

Marketing Strategy

For marketing at first we will rely on posters, word of mouth, and social media. After a while we will expand to radio advertisements and TV commercials.

We will make everything relatable and appealing to the eye. Bright colors and fun fonts or pictures will help with this.

Investment use of Funds

Once we get funds we will finish buying supplies or any other things we might need.

We also will purchase part of the building so our loans won’t overflow.

Another thing funds will be used for is our marketing. We want to use some to make sure people all over the city and country know who we are.
