Proposed Product
A conversational intake agent that interacts with patients who have been referred to a medical clinic to capture important pre-visit information.
The patient follows a link on their smartphone or device and is taken into a conversational interface where they speak to the agent. Essential, patient-reported information is captured, packaged in a usable format, and passed to the provider in advance of the clinic visit.
