Teaching Assistants
Work with a small group of trainees during a class and online to facilitate their learning experience.
Beginner training role.
One Day | 7 hours
Module Lead Teachers
Teach a class with technical concepts from the CYF syllabus, assign coursework and improve the tech material.
Advanced teaching role.
3 weeks | 10+ hour/week (mostly weekends)
Buddies (Education)
Guide a small group of trainees to overcome technical challenges, review their progress and knowledge.
Tech mentorship role.
8 months | 3 hours/week
Syllabus Team
Create content for our open source Syllabus which is used by every trainee at CodeYourFuture.
Perfect if you have professional teaching experience, although not necessary.

Career Mentors
Give 1 to 2 support on career development. Help trainees to go through the process of preparing for the job search and moving into employment.
6 months | 4 hours/month*
*Career mentors start the programme in a different time of the programme. Ask your CYF region about the starting dates.
What is expected from the Tech Projects team?

Ensure the team understands the brief presented by the Product Owner and introduce and facilitate agile practices (e.g. sprint planning, retros)

Be part of a team managing group-based digital projects. Power-up graduate portfolios. �

Tech Lead
Provide expertise on UI/UX across multiple teams by developing simple UI for the applications. Answer UX issues and give advice on how to better design an application.
6 months | 2 days/month (first month) then 1 day/month
