Ijtema – Purpose & Objectives

• “… The true and overriding objective of the Ijtema is the spiritual, moral, and religious development of the participants.”

• “The various auxiliary organizations hold their Ijtemas to spiritually motivate their members through activities that are specially tailored for them, according to their age and understanding”

​

• They serve to address the particular challenges and issues that are faced by the members of each auxiliary organization and to help them overcome those challenges so that they can fulfil the commands of God Almighty in the very best way.”

2. Commitment from Amila
3. Each Amila member should bring at least 1 more non-Amila member to national ijtema
4. Reminders @ Ansar general meeting, local ijtema, and regional ijtema

• Advertise it with flyers
• Share positive experiences
• Personal reminder calls
• Utilization of “Saiqeen”
• Jumma announcements
• Organize transportation
• Book group travel
