Multilingual Task Forces: Spanish

3 Main Lines of action:

1. Improvement and development of the Text Technologies Hub, https://tthub.io/ and the Learn / Aprende section: creation of new lessons (XSLT, software, etc.), online tests, and interactive exercises.
2. Survey on the uses and needs of the TEI in the Spanish Speaking World
3. Final report to advance the adoption of the TEI and help to cover Spanish-speaking needs in adopting TEI.

Multilingual Task Forces: Japanese

• Holding the workshop every two weeks.
• Compiling Japanese guidelines for Japanese texts.
• Translating prose of TEI guidelines into Japanese in the monthly workshop.
• Now Chapter 4 is being translated.
• Adopting TEI for some typical Japanese texts in the monthly workshop
• Discussing potential of TEI guidelines for Japanese and East Asian texts.
