Process to establish a Pilot Implementation

�This is Jambiani, East Coast Zanzibar – actually my home��Project Approach

The project team will take the following approach to deliver the scope of work proposed:

Identification of relevant stakeholders from local partners and any other parties who would be part of the project. Definition of their roles, responsibilities, authorities, and accountabilities.

Discussion and approval of high-level scope with the stakeholders and signoff of scope. At this point, TeeSquare will also reassess the change in scope and estimates, if any, after deliberation with the stakeholders.

Development team will be aligned for changes to the platform and online access of the app as per requirements, and technical documentation will commence for development work.

Project plan for technical work will be prepared which will use agile development methodology and milestones and deliverables will be defined.

Development of required changes in the Team Taleem platform

Review of content for contextualization, approval of changes to content by relevant stakeholders

Engaging the relevant team for translation, translation of written instructions on platform and app, translation of video lessons, recording of background instructions for videos and update of videos, translation of audio instructions, recording.

Update of content for contextualization and update of language on the platform.

Discussion, design, and development of reports as per the requirements of the relevant stakeholders as per the scope of work.

Testing and signoff of App and Platform.

Testing of Content updates and approval by relevant stakeholders for go live for learners.
