Impact (I) = WFA of (% Revenue + % Operation + % Public Image)

WFA: Weighted Factor Analysis

% Revenue —> Financial Loss

% Operation/Profitability —> Downtime Loss

% Public Image —> Reputation Loss

If information about the losses in Revenue, Operation, and Public Image is not available, then Loss in Asset Value (AV) can be used for Impact.

RPC: represents the percentage by which a control measure reduces the risk.
