IRRIGATION
Irrigation is when people add water to plants, to help them grow when there is not enough rain. Irrigation water can be pumped from rivers, natural lakes or lakes created by dams, from wells or allowed to flow to the fields by the force of gravity along pipes or open canals.
Today, we are going to explore two types of irrigation systems that are commonly used. While exploring, create a T-chart to organize your information for each type. When you complete your research, you will construct a claim with evidence and reasoning on which irrigation system would be best for our CFES garden.
