*Rubrics will be restructured so that specification points will be moved into either the technical or presentation rubrics
*Graphic Design Promotion event restructured to be an assigned topic (not a promo for the next year’s NLC)
*Addition of an NLC Pin Design Contest open to all levels. Students will design the NLC Conference pin, winner will work with Cybis to finalize the design and it will be printed at NLC. Will include promotional materials. Open October-December.
**Addition of a contest open to allow all members to submit designs and suggestions for the next years NLC theme. Will be available and handled similar to a virtual event. Open October-December.

For Texas–
**Secondary only–Each chapter will have TWO slots per contest to enter students per chapter. For example, each Secondary chapter may enter two students in Fund WP, two network teams, two JAVA programming students, etc.
**We would like to extend this opportunity to Associate and Middle Level students but need to gather information to plan for space at SLC. An interest survey will go out to Associate and Middle Level advisors to gauge your interest and help predict popular events.
*From RLC to SLC-5 qualifiers in non-judged events. 3 teams will advanced in non-judged Admin. Support Team.
*SLC registration will increase to $80 with late being $90.
*Chapters may choose Chapter Affiliation so that membership dues are paid by Perkins V money.
