Definition
Modal verbs are auxiliary verbs used to express abilities, possibilities, permissions, and obligations. Unlike regular verbs, they don’t change form based on subject.
Formula: Subject + Modal Verb + Base Form of Main Verb
Example Sentence: "She can play the guitar.”
