Combat Mindset

“Produce battle winning results, under pressure, on demand, repeatedly and consistently”

Discipline: a route to achievement or something to rebel against? Gen Z……? Discipline is situational

Set Goals: hold self and others accountable. Be clear on what failure means to you. Are you comfortable with that?

Practice and simulate: Real life situations. Battle paddle, seek competition, safety vs. stress

Problem solve: Empower and enable. Can be uncomfortable. Allows you to seize initiative!

Pay attention: Look for the opportunity to deal the killing blow
