  • Open to neighborhood and out-of-neighborhood swimmers�
  • Ages 4 through 18 — boys and girls compete together in their designated age group.�

Pre-Summer (May 12–20) Afternoons, Mon–Thu

  • 4:00–4:30 PM 6 & Under
  • 4:30–5:15 PM 7s & 8s
  • 5:15–6:00 PM 9s & 10s
  • 6:00–7:00 PM 11 & Older

Summer (May 26–June 22) Morning�Monday – Thursday

  • 8:00–8:45 AM 9s & 10s
  • 8:45–9:30 AM 7s & 8s
  • 9:30–10:00 AM 6 & Under
  • 10:00–11:00 AM 11 & Over

Evening Option (May 26–June 22) �Mon & Wed Only

  • 5:00–6:00 PM 6 & Under, 7s & 8s
  • 6:00–7:00 PM 9s & 10s, 11 & Over

On Practice Days:

  • Drop off at clubhouse turnaround close to start time
  • Come dressed and ready to swim — no changing on deck
  • Parents and siblings wait outside gate during practice - only swimmers on deck

The Starfish Program

  • For new swimmers ages 3–6
  • Focus on water confidence, basic skills, fun in the water
  • Dedicated Starfish coaching team led by Hensley Johnson
  • Lessons begin May 26, Tuesdays and Thursdays, 11:00 – 11:30

9:00–9:30 PM – All done

What to Bring

2 towels, sunscreen, bug spray, snacks & water, cap & goggles (+ backup), Sharpie, folding chairs, Label everything!

On Meet Day

  • Review Heat Sheet & Mark Arms: Event/Heat/Lane
  • Find bullpen by age group & check in with Bullpen Coordinator
  • Check entry list for changes
  • Check in for volunteer role

How to Mark Arms?

Things to remember……

  • Must be done before arriving at the meet
  • Black Sharpie is the best to use as it shows up
  • If you need help day of, feel free to send an email and we can assist, but the coaches and volunteers cannot be responsible for marking your child at the meet.

Volunteering & How to Help

Every family is expected to fill at least one volunteer role per meet. Sign up through Swimtopia in advance.

Common Roles

  • Bullpen parent ( 2 per age group)
  • Timer (12 spots — most needed!)
  • Concessions
  • Deck Manager
  • Place Judge, Event Flipper, Announcer

New This Year: Event Staff

Neighborhood teens ages 14+ can apply for paid meet-day positions. Applications at wildswim2010@gmail.com

Appreciation Gift

We ask for a 1-time contribution from families to support an appreciation gift for coaches, leaders, and teen helpers.

  • Bullpen is a great way to get to know your kids friends.
  • You are a part of the action!
  • You will get to see your own child swim in all their events!
