It may ask for an email address.
For parents it must be the email that you have on file with student registration. To change/add email please contact your campus registrar.

The first time that you log into the system, you will be prompted to enter two challenge questions and answers.
You only have to provide these challenge questions and answers once.
The prompt boxes for these questions and answers are ‘free text’ fields, so you will choose your own question and answer.
Once you have provided the initial challenge
questions and answers, it will send you an email
In order to set your password.

Click on the link (blue) in the email. Answer the question that pops up, and it will give you the option to set your password.
The password must have at least 8 characters (can be letters, numbers or special characters).
If you get this error, contact your campus registrar.
