Administration/Attendance Secretary:

“Making Progress with our strategies and I tell other schools about your progress”

  • Robo calls go out at 11:00
  • Attendance Daily Review and when students are out more than 2 days we start interventions: Asst. Principal/Attendance Sec. call family, Schad does home visits when we can’t reach family at Truancy 2 letter
  • Truancy Letters Sent Home: “3, 6, 9”
  • Dashboard work PBIS strategies for interventions: Highlighted/working with LCOE (2 Quarterly meeting to discuss strategies and trainings)
  • Trainings from LCOE (2 at county office and 1 in Sacramento area via ACSA)
