Assessment Results: Three critical recommendations to preserve building

10 of 16

(1) Remove fallen rocks -- build retaining wall at back of building to keep back wall from collapsing

11 of 16

(2) Critical: Floor/Foundation Displacement

RECOMMENDATIONS

The movement of the foundation (and building) must be corrected for the long-term survival of the structure.

Jack floor joists to level and rebuild foundation in south east corner.

12 of 16

(3) Critical -- Wall Top Plate Displacement.

Recommendation:

Install adjustable tension cabling at the ends of the truss tails to pull them back into their original building width.
