My favorite food is Black Angus, especially the medium one! I found about it on social media. It looked interesting to me, so I decided to try it. We went on a restaurant an I ordered it. A first it was different than other steaks because it is half cooked. After two bites it became tasty. Some people think it isn’t very delicious if it isn’t well done and some prefer to be rawer. The steak has different cooking levels ( rare, medium-rare, medium, medium-well and well done)

!Fun fact – The name ( Black Angus) is actually a cow’s breed!
