Hygiene habits

  • Wash your hands before meals.

  • Brush your teeth after meals.

  • Keep clean and have a shower everyday.

Looking after Yourself

  • Eat lots of healthy food, for example: vegetables, fruit and cereals.

  • Don’t eat too much unhealthy food, for example: sweets or fatty foods.

  • Drink a lot of water.

  • Move your body! Do exercise every day: run, walk, play . . .

Get Rest

  • Go to bed early at night and get at least nine hours of sleep every day.

  • Your body needs food, rest, exercise so that we can think, talk, walk, run and grow.
  • It is important to keep clean, too!
