  • A enters information directly into Google Form
  • Form is linked to Google Sheets
    • Automatically updated data
    • Changes can be made
    • Drop-down menus are created for ease of edits with warnings if data doesn’t match spelling, input type, etc.

  • B changes the status of verification on the Sheet as they progress with verification

  • Tabulate and update a separate Sheet on incident numbers, casualties, etc. to keep track of empirical data
