• A enters information directly into Google Form
• Form is linked to Google Sheets
• Automatically updated data
• Changes can be made
• Drop-down menus are created for ease of edits with warnings if data doesn’t match spelling, input type, etc.

Verification

• B changes the status of verification on the Sheet as they progress with verification

• Tabulate and update a separate Sheet on incident numbers, casualties, etc. to keep track of empirical data

• C fills in map and other infographic template on Canva: change date, numbers, total incidents, etc.
• Converts Sheet 2 data to pie/bar charts, etc.
• Fills in report templates to police, ministries, etc.
• Fills in newsletter
• Send the above to appropriate parties via Email

MailChimp

• Design customized emails
• Maintains lists of recipients
• Create different email campaigns for different lists
• Available templates
• Reports on number of clicks, opens, etc.
