GO and Sustain The Earth’s Magnificence

The General Overview and Rules

• GO Stem is a virtual world game in which the two players compete against each other to finish tasks that help the sustainability of our planet
• Two players battle it out to complete all listed tasks to earn power ups and points to defeat their opponents

Goals

1. Gain points by completing tasks
2. Compete with others to gain more points to purchase power-ups
1. Power-ups: used to add an additional task to your opponent

3. Finish all tasks before your opponent to win and receive community service hours!

The Virtual World

• The virtual world is where players compete against each other to make their world perfect the fastest by completing real-life tasks.
• Also, it is a gamified progress bar for how many real-life tasks a given player has completed.

How to Complete Tasks

To complete a task on your virtual world, you have a set of requirements for real-life tasks to complete (ex. Attend 3 red cross events in order to complete your public hel task)

Every day (max-limit up 5 days for one game), your tasks slightly change. One might get harder to complete, or one become easier to complete. They can also not change at all (it is randomized).

The Map Portion

• A map that helps you find verified charitable organizations and venues.
• There will be a vast amount of red crosses but you would only have to complete three red crosses in order to finish the task.

Sample Tasks

In this virtual world players would have to complete real life like challenges in order to win the game. The following challenges would be the task you would complete:

1. Food bank.
2. Cleaning Up Beaches.
3. Coding Events such as Hackathon
4. Raking leaves for the elderly
5. Cleaning up trash of the streets
6. Being a language translator during a conference.

Global Impact and Reasoning

• Through the GO Stem app, we plan on cultivating a cleaner, greener, and sustainable future on our magnificent planet
• GO Stem was founded to meet the global impact stated above and to inspire involvement in beneficial community service opportunities

Currency (For Power-Ups)

• Currencies will be shown in Leaflets which is like VBucks, Robux, and Mine Coins.
• Leaflets used to get one less task then the opponent
• Leaflets will be used as the following:
• 1 leaflet = $1.00
• 5 leaflets = $5.00
• 10 leaflets = $10.00
• 100 leaflets = $100.00
• If you didn’t get the catch 1 leaflet is around one dollar.
