Printmaking is the process of creating artworks by printing, normally on paper, but also on fabric, wood, metal, and other surfaces.-Wikipedia Printmaking is one of the oldest art forms where an image is transferred from one surface to another.-Music and Arts for Fun6-

In printmaking, you have to use different forms of visual art to explain the basic rules of designing.

Printmaking is a hands-on and often interesting activity, even you do not consider yourself artistic,

you can attain extra ordinary results using a few simple materials.

Printmaking can be divided into four basic categories: relief, intaglio, planographic, and stencil.

Relief printmaking is one of the simplest types of printmaking, in which material is carved or taken away from around the protruding design that is to be printed so that only the design appears.
