Anne Arundel County 4-H Camp Paperwork
Every individual attending camp is required to submit a number of documents in order to be cleared to attend camp. My job was to sort through each person's file and organize them into the correct binder and keep track of any documents that might be missing.
Work Done
Received, filed, amd tracked paperwork for over 100 youth and adults
Designed a spreadsheet to input and maintain all data
Organized documents into various binders for ease of use by camp staff
Highlights
I worked on this task up until the week everyone attended camp. Keeping track of all required documents allowed over 100 youth and adults to attend camp this year.
Farm Visits
I went on two farm visits with Dave Myers. Both farms were experiencing issues with their strawberry plants. Unfortunately , one of the farmers was advised to remove their strawberry plants and plant a new crop.
I really enjoyed being able to go out and see other farms and how they are run. I liked being able to ask questions and absorb as much information as possible.

I am so grateful to have been chosen as part of the first cohort of this internship program. I loved learning about Extension and the programs and opportunities offered!
