Lack of widespread adoption of Wikipedia and Wiki data for information processing, storage, retrieval, and dissemination to information seekers.

Presence of incomplete, and unstructured information to facilitate quick reference queries about Kwara State on Wiki.

  • New editors needed one on one support during the training.
  • It took longer than we expected for new editors to learn the basic skills of creating new articles.
  • We spent too much time talking and answering questions on the WIKI-GLAM initiatives and pillars of Wikipedia because it was new to them.
  • Limited power supply.
