• Small, rural district 55 miles northeast of Lubbock, Texas
• Enrollment of 681 students
• Chapter 42 District
• 76% Hispanic, 20% White, 3% African American
• 77% Eco. Dis.
• 40% At-Risk
• 1:1 K-12
• Teacher Turnover Rate: 35%
• State Accountability Rating: B (89)

What about our students…

Historically, 94% to 100% earn a high school diploma/CCMR.

54% of graduates attend a two or four year college in the first year after graduation.

​

About half of those students actually finish with a degree or certification in a high wage, high demand career.

• Fall 2021 - 64% of students - 198 dual credit courses - 56% passing (COVID waiver for TSI)
• Spring 2022 - 46% of students - 156 dual credit courses - 82% passing
• Fall 2022 - 40% of students - 116 dual credit courses - 100% passing
• Spring 2023- 40% of students-123 dual credit courses-93% passing
