Parent Attention Notification (1)
FNO Discipline Policy & Behavioral Guidelines:
Students are expected to remain respectful and follow instructions at all times.
Disruptive behavior will be addressed through the following progression: "Verbal warning > Mandatory parent-administration meeting > Suspension and parent notification > Disciplinary action up to termination of enrollment.
1- First Violation: The student will receive a verbal warning.
2- Repeat Violations: A meeting between parents and administration will be required before the student may return to class.
3- Unresolved Issues: If the matter is not resolved in accordance with FNO policies, the student will be suspended, and parents will be notified.
4- Further Violations: Continued issues will result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of the student’s enrollment.
Parent Attention Notification (2)
Non-Registered Student & Visitor:
Please be advised that all non-registered students are required to check in with the administration to obtain a visitor badge. Anyone found in the classroom without a visitor badge will be escorted to the administration immediately.
Dean of Students
The Dean of Students will monitor student well-being, behavior, and classroom participation to promote a positive and safe FNO environment.
Please remind your children about the Dean of Students and FNO protocols before arriving at the Masjid.
You may receive a behavioral notification if needed.

Class Timing
6:45 pm to 8:15 pm, KK 8:20 pm
All students are required
to check in 10 minutes before the class starts (6:35 PM)
ID QR Code
Each registered student has a custom QR code with his/her information, which email to the parent’s email prior to the first session.
Each student required to scan the QR code at the main door to check in every time attending the program.
There is no paper attendance entry for students.

Student Arrival
Please scan the badge at the main door upon arrival to mark the attendance by 6:35 PM.
A non-checked-in student will be marked absent for that session, and three consecutive absences will result in their name being removed from the class and assigned to waiting list students.
Shoe Etiquette
All students must put their shoes on the designated shoe racks. Any shoes left on the floor will be placed in a bin for them to find.

between 6:30 PM to 6:40 PM
PLEASE STAND BEHIND THE BELT/RAIL IN THE COURTYARD WHILE DROPPING OFF OR PICKING UP CHILDREN
All Classes Pick up at 8:15 PM except
KK Pick-Up at 8:20 PM sharp from the courtyard
NOTE: The FNO program will not be available and responsible for youth before 6:30 pm and after 8:30 PM

Absence Report
Please report any possible/unavoidable absence ONE week before each session at https://icevfno.com/absence-reporting/
NOTE: Any THREE weeks of consecutive absences without notice/or without a valid reason will be grounds for student termination from the program.
Non-Registered Kids
Please do not leave
non-registered kids of any ages in the masjid /admin lobby at any time
