Problem Statement

• A person wants to buy a home in any location then how they can buy it

• In India, the process of buying a home is often a daunting and time - consuming task, with numerous challenges that buyers face.

• They have to visit each and every location by themselves and it is economically not fair

• A broker is a third person who show photos and videos of buldings and it covers only specific parts

• Buyers may not get a true sense of a property’s features or limitations without seeing it first hand

• Only 2D maps available of any plots which doesn’t gives a realistic view

• Cost of construction, planning and completion of the house is not given

Methodology

  • Needs Assessment: -Identified the specific needs and pain points of property buyers and sellers. Did market research to understand the demand for AR and VR solutions in the real estate industry.

  • Project Objectives: -Clarified the goals and objectives of your VR/AR platform, such as enhancing property visualization, improving the buying process, and increasing accessibility.

  • Team Formation: -Assemble a team including developers, designers, 3D modelers, data analyst, and experts in AR/VR technologies.

  • Technology Stack Selection: -Figured out the appropriate AR and VR development tools and platforms (that are- Unity, Unreal Engine, ARKit, ARCore and Blender) based on our project's requirements and target devices.

  • Data Acquisition: - Collected high-quality data for property listings, including 3D models, images, videos, and property information

Conclusion

Integration of Technologies: Your project successfully integrates web technologies, Google Maps API, a database, Unity for 3D virtual tours, and RaycastHit for customization, creating an immersive and interactive experience for both buyers and sellers.
