Distance & Elevation: ~ 13.1 miles, ~3800 ft. elevation gain,
Summit attempt date : March 15 (back up date: March 22)
Trip duration: Day Hike ~ 8-10 Hours

How We Train?
Training Plan
Running, walking, HIIT
Leg - squats, lunges, calf raises
Core - plank, bridge, superman
yoga, stretches, balancing exercises etc..
