Communicate standards and learning targets being taught and how to support this process at home
Communicate student progress toward meeting the grade level standards and learning targets
Communicate student progress toward individual student goals
Clear communication on how students perform on assessments.

Narratives

Narratives will include the following information:

Minimum of 3 times per year
Communicate students strengths, needs, and goals for all the domains we teach. (Academic, Social, Behavioral)
Narratives are based on the collective body of evidence we have to demonstrate rationale for how students are progressing on learning and mastering the identified priority standards.
Proficiency scales to help determine what student learning looks and sounds like at different levels of learning.
Personalized and focused on strengths, needs and goals.

Marks based on priority standards in the areas of literacy and math
