Car Raffle

  • Each family to sell 9 tickets or more
  • Sales end Nov 7th
  • Sold online at Masonbands.com or at football games and the Mason Invitational
  • $25 per ticket or $100 for 5
    • 5 for $100 must be same name
  • Must be 18 and OH resident
  • Only 4,00 tickets to be sold
  • Win an Audi Q5 or cash prize

Nothing bundt Cakes Fundraiser

  • Winter activation - target January/February months
  • Need two parent volunteers to coordinate this effort
  • Students would sell <$10 ‘bundtlets’ - individually packaged Bundt Cakes
  • Individual who sells the most wins a free 10” cake!
  • Other possible rewards linked to sales…

Senior Night / Family Showcase

Friday, October 3rd

Senior Dinner (MHS Small Commons) - 6 pm

  • Seniors will have a special dinner with band directors and a small ceremony honoring them. (This event is for students only.)
    • Underclassmen will have a “PICNIC” Feed the Band outside near the Bus Circle at 6pm. Bring a beach towel!

Performances (Stadium) - 8 pm (doors open at 7:15)

  • Pre-Game
  • Competition Show performance
    • This is a great opportunity to invite friends and family to see our incredible band. There is NO admission fee, no football game; just our amazing band performing for you. This event will be at the stadium.

Senior Recognition (Stadium) - immediately following the performance

  • On-field recognition of seniors and families
  • Senior walk

Friday, October 3rd

3:00-4:00

  • Rehearsal. Bus Circle.

4:00-4:30

  • Change into uniforms (Competition Uniforms).
  • Walk to stadium.

4:30-5:30

  • Full Band Panoramic Photo in the Stadium.
  • Section Photos in Stadium area.

5:30-6:00

  • Walk back to high school.
  • Partially change out of uniforms for dinner.

6:00-7:00

  • Senior Dinner in SMALL COMMONS.
  • 9th/10th/11th Grade Dinner outside areas. “Picnic style.”
  • Senior Car Decorating Guidelines 2025

7:00-7:30

  • Change back into full uniform.
  • Move to Bus Circle for warm up.

7:30-8:00

  • Warm Up in Bus Circle
    • 7:30 Front Ensemble push to Stadium with Pit Crew assistance.
  • Transit to Stadium

  • Senior Recognition with families on the field
    • 9th, 10th, 11th graders sit across the sideline.
  • Senior Walk

  • Move everything back to the high school.

9:00-9:30

  • Change out of uniforms.
  • Dismissed!

  • Doors open at 3pm.
  • 1st performance 4pm
  • A/AA Awards at 5:30pm
  • Mason exhibition at 7:45pm
  • Final Awards at 8:15pm
  • Tickets are $15 at the door, free for volunteers.
  • Parking at MI and MHS

    • Tentative Performance time, 9:15 PM
    • Very similar to the invitational, with the exception that we will be competing in this event.
