What Do I Take?
We understand that 16s and analysis testing may not be in the cards for everyone. We also know that some of the modes of dysfunction have clear identifiable symptoms that can be supported. This document provides background on those symptoms, the supplements that support them, along with a generic Protocol Map on how to move across our products to shift your microbiome and health to a more positive state.

Adrenal Fatigue
Forms with/alongside fungal overgrowth in the GUT and will stay there until dissolved / biofilm is broke or knocked loose.
Will worsen with Probiotics / Biofilm Enzymes or components with antifungal action. Elated Oxalates are dominantly from Fungal overgrowth and not diet!
Elevated when Fungal / Bacterial / Parasitic overgrowths exist. Exacerbated by burdened liver / detox systems (Urea/NOS Cycle), and intestinal permeability. Further exacerbated with Aluminum Toxicity. Ammonia presents in surges / waves that scale with GI cycle and often exacerbated when starting to intervene in dysbiosis.
Reaction / reactivity, intolerances, sensitivities / flairs, rashes, OCD, hyperactivity, sleep disturbances, night wakings
sound sensitivity, bags under eyes, anxiety / fear of spaces, memory problems, irritability, triggered
Stimming
The dominant mechanism when shifting the biome-reaction/ reactivity immune activation / inflammation is all integrated with histamine. Genetics can play a role in how you process histamine and Mast Cells will be the largest source for secondary histamine generated when intervening with dysbiosis (diminishes with time).
Detoxification can place additional burden on the your adrenal and the levels of cortisol.

Low Ferritin
Ferritin is a protein that stores iron and releases it in a controlled fashion. The level of ferritin in the blood correlates with the amount of iron stored in the body's tissues. Thus, measuring serum ferritin gives a good indication of the total iron reserves in the body.
Low ferritin levels, indicating iron deficiency, can have significant neurological consequences. These include cognitive impairments, sound sensitivity, behavioral changes, mood disorders such as depression and anxiety, PICA and developmental delays in children. It may also reduce the seizure threshold during fevers.

Viruses
Fungal Overgrowth
Parasites
Many individuals may have an altered immune response, which could potentially influence the frequency or severity of infections. Additionally, certain behaviors or sensory issues related to autism might make it more challenging for some individuals to manage hygiene practices, which could indirectly increase the risk of infections.
Fungal overgrowth can lead to gastrointestinal issues, behavioral changes, and other health problems.
Loose and Frequent Stools tend to align with fungal burden.
Ammonia & Oxalate symptoms, abdominal pain or discomfort, diarrhea (which may be bloody), nausea or vomiting, gas or bloating, fatigue, weight loss, passing a worm in your stool, itching or irritation around the anus, rash or skin irritation, fever, increased appetite or hunger, malnutrition and nutrient deficiencies
Parasitic diseases, often underestimated, affect millions worldwide, with various parasites causing significant health issues. Transmission methods include contaminated water, food, skin contact, insect bites, air, pets, human contact, and soil. This calls for proper diagnosis and treatment, herbal remedies over antibiotics to avoid side effects and resistance.

MEGA MOTILITY
MM
Who should use this?
If <1 bowel movement a day or if BM produces only small amount of stool, or BM are irregular, or if motility issues are present including the presence of gas or bloating.
What to consider?
Motility must be achieved before starting the protocol. Constipation or motility impact can occur during and form of detoxification, Mega Motility may become a necessary tool later on for some when it was not needed initially.
Some individuals may need more than the suggested serving to initiate motility and for 1 to 2 weeks. Do not start other GUT supplements until daily bowel movements are achieved, however support supplements are okay.

Who should use this?
Those seeking optimal mineral and vitamin support, with additional repair molecules, antioxidants and genetic co-factors, negating the need for multiple supplements.
What to consider?
Urine may turn bright yellow, which is normal. Start with a lower than recommended dose to assess reactivity and target the recommended dosages as appropriate. Most required cofactors addressed in popular SNP reports (e.g. Maxgen Labs) are contained in Spectrum Max, providing broad coverage. Supports methylation, mitochondria, sulfation, glutathione, inflammation, detoxification, neurotransmitter synthesis and metabolism as well as many other vital processes. Although Gut Guardian is designed for Palatability (Powder), Taste may be strong or non ideal for some, we encourage you to try a sample first.

Who should use this?
Those individuals requiring urea cycle support, to aid in ammonia metabolism. Great for reactivity reactions and symptoms related to ammonia burden. While AKG, citrulline and arginine support the liver, the additional sodium butyrate will help support the breakdown of ammonia in the brain.
Symptoms of Ammonia Burden Typically present as any of the following
Teeth Grinding
Night Waking
Episodes of Giddy laughter
Pressing of Head against objects or Inverting Head
What to consider?
If symptoms of ammonia burden are present, such as during microbiome shifting, fungal or parasitic “die-off”, large amounts of ammonia may be liberated into the liver and/or blood. The ingredients provide optimal support for the ammonia → urea pathway (urea cycle). During significant detoxification episodes and reactivity times, may need to use more frequently,
Supports
Supports
Who should use this?
Those individuals with symptoms and signs of oxalate burden.
Oxalates are liberated during microbiome shifting, yeast and parasite die off.
What to consider?
GI motility/regular BMs need to be present. If bedwetting is a problem, consider administering Oxalate Relief before bedtime. Start with lower dose to assess for reactivity.
Symptoms of Oxalate Burden Present Typically as
Urination issues or bladder pains
Grabbing of privates in children
Eye poking or pressing eyes or eye stims
Supports

Alumin+AID Lotion
AL
Alumin+AID Lotion
Who should use this?
Individuals that have elevations of Aluminum as confirmed by either serum, urine, fecal, or hair testing.
What to consider?
Fiji water or high silica agents have been long touted for aid in Aluminum excretion. 1 Liter of Fiji Water contains about 85 mg of Silica. Not all of this silica is the same or bioavailable. Orthosilicic Acid is the most bioavailable form of silica. In 1 pump of Alumin+AID there is about 110 mg of orthosilicic acid and 55 mg of Magnesium Malate. Both Orthosilicic and Malic acids assist in the excretion of Aluminum.
Excretion of metals or toxicity in general can tax the adrenal glands causing stress and increase in cortisol.
Consider Use of Alumin+AID on a daily or every other day regimen with support for the adrenal system (consider Serene Calm/ Focus).
Thioguard MB12 Lotion
Who should use this?
An alternative to Methylcobalamin injections with further methylation support provided by Thioguard.
