Backwards Design - start with the end in mind.

Final project or assignment is based on learner choice within the scope of the topics in these areas.

The topics they choose will determine the competencies they develop.

4-credit course with project

Final project - create & present an integrated wellness plan for all 4 aspects of the curriculum: physical, emotional, cognitive, and spiritual

Individual 1-credit research assignment

Final assignment - based on one area of your choosing - physical, emotional, cognitive, or spiritual.

The plan will include:

  • Concrete actions
  • A specific audience, Indicate if it is
    • A plan for yourself
    • A plan for someone you know
    • A plan for your community

Choose the area you will focus on for this credit from these choices

Choose topics that you would like to focus on from each of the areas.
